Client: Refers to the individual or entity booking a tour or safari with Homestead Tours and Safaris.

Services: Refers to the tour and safari packages offered by the Company.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents.

Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

4. Pricing

Prices: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

Inclusions: Prices include accommodation, meals, transportation, and activities as specified in the itinerary.

Exclusions: Prices do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, and tips.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

Company's Responsibilities: The Company is responsible for providing the services as per the itinerary.

Client's Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, appropriate insurance, and are fit to travel.

Liability: The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour.

6. Changes to Itinerary

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all Clients. It should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

8. Health and Safety

The Client must inform the Company of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda.
